This gentle Qigong practice is designed to help release tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, areas where stress, posture, and daily activity often accumulate tightness.
Through slow, mindful movement and relaxed breathing, we work to soften physical and mental tension, improve mobility, and support a more natural flow of Qi through the upper body.
This is a practice of gentle movement rather than force.
Small, consistent practice is what creates lasting change.
In this session you will:
Release tension in the neck and shoulders
Improve upper back mobility
Support nervous system regulation
Encourage relaxed breathing and ease in the body
Practice slowly and within your comfort level.
