Naturally come into balance as you visualize warm, healing energy. Move through each of the five elements: Wood, Fire, Metal, Earth and Water. Focus on Metal element and expand your arms like a soaring bird to increase feelings of courage as you release any grief/sorrow. Focus on the lungs and open the chest as you strengthen the Metal element. Tonify Wood with "Two Hands Circle" and embrace a sense of momentum and energy generated from the ground up. Strengthen Earth element as you focus on stomach and spleen energy while feeling rooted in Dan Tian breathing. Embrace Fire element with "pressing the Palms" as you reflect on healthy boundaries and "hold the lotus."
