Build, nourish, and strengthen the Dan Tian - the lower Heaven!
The Dan Tian is the where the root Qi is stored and cultivated. The stronger the Dan Tian, the healthier the Qi flow, meridians, internal organs, and body will be.
Steady will give some time to focus on the Dan Tian and harmonize the mind and emotions. If we are distracted, we can bring our focus back to the Dan Tian, allowing a sense of clarity and calmness fill the body and mind.
Take your time and enjoy!
