The days are getting hot and balmy, the sun is beaming with Yang energy, and it is a good time to celebrate the change of seasons and share some heartfelt Qi with each other.
During this meeting we will:
- discuss the summer solstice and it's significance in Qigong
- meet and say hello to each other in small groups
- share experiences in the 'big group'
- practice Metta Qigong together 🙌
