Build the Three Treasures of Qigong - the Jing, Qi, and Shen!
Jing is the essence and Qi of the Kidney system.
The Qi is the over all Qi and energy of the body.
The Shen is the spirit of the mind and heart - the source of our wisdom!
This practice begins with an invigorating warm up that can help improve coordination and balance, while moving the Qi.
Then we build the Qi in the lower body energy centers and chakras, while engaging the legs.
Then we cultivate the Qi in the middle of the body, focusing on the chest, lungs, and heart.
We conclude with gentle sweeping of the Bai Hui to cultivate the Shen, and our connection to source energy.
