Qigong is an easy practice that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit through gentle movements, focusing the mind, and breathing. One key aspect that makes Qigong unique is that we practice with ‘intention.’
We are using simple movements (often imitating animals and nature) combined with an intention to produce an effect. This effect could be:
- healing
- relaxation
- energizing
- strengthing
- connecting to our higher self, deep wisdom or insight
No matter what the intention of your Qigong practice is, we can always incorporate ‘joyfulness.’
