Healing through Qigong practice is a 'natural process.' We are not attempting to do something magical or supernatural - we are trying to work with the body's natural healing ability.
When we get injured, our body wants to heal. When we have poor function of the body (digestion, hormones, headaches, circulation, etc) our body wants to function well. We also want to heal any emotional issues from the past.
This Qigong routine and exercise helps work with the body's natural healing process. 🙂
