Happy Meridians is a full body practice that will move stagnant Qi from all the meridians, collaterals, internal organs, and soft tissue.
This can be practiced daily or when you are feeling particularly 'stagnant.' You can also practice when you are feeling aches and pains, muscle tightness, weakness, or poor balance and coordination.
Some of the exercises may be challenging at first - but just take your time and aim for progress.
This routine will leave you feeling invigorated, clear minded, grounded, and cheerful!
