This is more of a 'problem-solving' video for those who sit at a desk for long periods of time and then notice tension in their neck. If you suffer from neck tension due to forward-head posture, then you'll find this extremely helpful. It incorporates the most effective neck stretches with Qigong movements. It's therapeutic in nature and meant for those who suffer from regular neck tension. Jeff combines Qigong exercises with physical therapy stretches for posture. You will need a small towel for one of the exercises demonstrated. Learn useful acupressure Houxi (SI3) and San Jiao meridian tapping.
