In this routine we will practice 'Song' which is softening and loosening the body through intentionally slow movements. This practice will help unwind layers of tension by softly moving the body while reminding ourselves to slow down. We may experience the feelings of rush, impatience, or frenzy - but that's ok. Just practice letting it go for now, and sink in a state of relaxed presence - like the rising sun. Take this time to embrace slow and steady movements and you will notice how energizing and grounding it is!
