A 'spacious' and minimal cue version of the Three Heavens practice. Once you are familiar with the routine you can use this video to 'sink into' the practice. Strengthen and balance the "Three Heavens" of the body so you feel energized, grounded and connected to your Source Qi. This practice strengthens the Lower, Middle, and Upper Heavens by tapping and patting, slow movement, breathing, and holding the "Heavens." A slower version with plenty of time for a busy mind to settle into the Present.
