Here is a 'spacious and minimal cue version' of the 3 Heavens practice. Once you are familiar with the routine you can use this video to 'sink into' the practice.
With this routine you can strengthen and balance the 3 "Heavens" of the body so you feel energized, grounded, and connected to your Source Qi.
This practice strengthens the Lower, Middle, and Upper Heavens by tapping and patting, slow movement, breathing, and holding the "heavens."
This routine is slow, with plenty of time to allow a busy mind to settle into the Present.
