A classic Qigong routine that is excellent at strengthening the muscles, tendons and joints. Not only is it helpful for your physical body, but it also stimulates all 12 regular meridians. Used to strengthen your body and slow down the aging process. It's a routine that you can practice the rest of your life. Note: There are many different approaches to the 8 Brocades, and this is just one of them. There is no "right" way to practice it.
