A recording of the "live" Qi Chat from April 2024 on "Sanjiao - Harmony.” Throughout 2024, we will be taking a journey through the 12 meridians and systems during our monthly Qi Chats! Each month we will focus on one meridian. *The routines we will practice will be from the Full Body Flow series – so you can even practice ahead of time if you like (but you certainly don’t have to!) Just show up and we’ll learn and practice it together!

This month we will focus on the Sanjiao meridian. The Sanjiao, also known as the Triple Burner or Triple Heater, is a unique system in Qigong. There isn't really a western medicine equivalent, but the role of the Sanjiao is extremely important. The Sanjiao creates 'harmony' within the body.

We will discuss some of the main functions according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and explore Qigong concepts that can support it. Discover how the Sanjiao connects to the concept of harmony, then learn and practice the “Sanjiao - Harmony ” routine together!
