In this Qi Chat we will discuss and practice various Qigong tapping techniques together.
Tapping, patting, and 'striking' is an old form of Qigong that can help invigorate, wake up, and stimulate Qi circulation.
It's great on the muscles, joints, meridians, and acupuncture points and can be practiced gently or vigorously.
Come join in for the live 'tap-along' practice!
For this practice, you will need:
- a chair
- a wooden/plastic/metal stick (like a wooden dowel, about 1 foot long)
- something similar to a rolling pin
- a ball similar to a tennis ball
- and any other implements that you have that can be used for massage and tapping
