A recording for the December 2021 "live" Qi Chat. Jeff discusses various Qigong tapping techniques and then you will do a "tap-along" practice together! Tapping, patting, and 'striking' is an old form of Qigong that can help invigorate, wake up and stimulate Qi circulation. It's great for the muscles, joints, meridians and acupuncture points.
For this practice, you will need:
- a chair
- a wooden/plastic stick (like a light wooden dowel, about 1 foot long)
- something similar to a rolling pin
- a ball similar to a tennis ball
- and any other implements you have that can be used for massage and tapping.
