Welcome to the "Full Body Flow" series. Get ready to embark on a journey! A deep dive into 14 different meridians in the body. Jeff will cover each organ according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, followed by a routine to support the corresponding meridian. Here's what to expect:

- Jing Luo theory (meridians and collaterals)
