Find a sense of Deep Flow as you sink into the Sweeping the Pagoda exercise.

Some exercise are simple, even from the first time you practice. Sweeping the Pagoda is a simple exercise. With simplicity, there is space. Space to deeply unwind the mind, relax tension, and release any stagnation that is held in the body.
Shift in and out of practice, and find a sense of Flow - allowing for deep healing and Qi Flow!
