Inhale. Exhale. A routine to revitalize the lungs and open up the chest. It can help with breathing related to asthma, allergies or tightness in the chest. Expand and loosen up the chest area. A simple routine that can be practiced any time of the day. The movements influence both the lungs and stomach. Includes exercises such as "Lifting the Qi", Tiger Emerging" and "Pushing the Pillars". The combination of these 3 exercises does wonders for moving Qi throughout the body. You'll feel grounded and 'light' at the same time. Think of it as the Qigong version of a multivitamin - a good tune-up that can be done daily to enhance overall health.
