Heart Felt Qigong ~ Let's Practice ❤️
Qigong can be practiced like an exercise, a workout, a warmup, a meditation, a dance, a mental/spiritual practice, a form of healing and many other ways.
One way to practice Qigong is from the 'Heart' and 'Xin.'
When we practice this way we can heal the body, harmonize the mind, and cultivate the Shen. It can be very healing for yourself and for the world around you! 🌎
In this Qi Chat we will discuss:
- the heart in Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine
- the imbalances of the heart - including emotions such as sadness, grief, lack of joy, etc
- how these concepts of the heart apply to today's world
- a simple way to balance the heart/xin
Then we will practice the "Warm Heart" routine together!
