Dan Tian or 'Lower Heaven' is an important energy center of the body, located a few inches below the belly button. When 'lower heaven' is strong you will have good energy, a clear mind and strong immune system. A strong Dan Tian will allow for increased benefit from your Qigong practice. Join Jeff in a beautiful stone courtyard while focusing on breathing into 'lower heaven' and gently moving throughout the body. As an intermediate practice, this will leave you feeling strong, robust and connected to the subtle Qi flow in the body.
