"Luohan" means 'enlightenment,' and this form, (and others like it) have been practiced to help encourage deep states of Qi flow and peacefulness. This practice is said to promote wellness and longevity. Jeff will discuss the concepts of "Luohan," what 'enlightenment' means, and the beneficial aspects of each movement. After the theoretical presentation, you will learn and practice each exercise, then do the routine together! Even though some of the exercises can be invigorating, it can be done in a gentle way that will leave you feeling relaxed.
