Every month we have a new challenge that will help focus your qigong practice. The challenge for the month of April is to be 'attentive.' One of many reasons to practice Qigong is to find and embrace a feeling of being present in body, mind and spirit. Challenge yourself to reduce 'overstimulation' in your environment. Start by noticing something around you, such as a tree, and hold your attention on it for 1 minute. Notice how you feel! :)
