Breathe and nourish your Yang Qi and Ren meridian. If you're feeling depleted, burnt out and tired, you need to rest and replenish the root energy. In this practice you will strengthen the Yang energy which supports vigour, warmth and active energy. Nourish Ren engages Yang breathing which builds and warms the energy while nourishing the Jing and reserve energy.
