Learn the Leopard Qigong 1,2,3 series
Soft, supple, strong, graceful, and silky smooth - the Leopard inspires some unique movements in Qigong.
The Leopard movements are a little bit challenging as it really stretches and strengthens the core muscles, the shoulders, the arms, and the legs.
Begin with a small movement with good form, then aim to increase your range of motion in time.
Be patient, focus on the Wu (or spirit) of the Leopard and let your Qi flow!
