You can't always control the space around you, but you can adjust your way of being within it. When practicing Qigong it's beneficial to harmonize with what is around you. Learn to "match" the space you are in, "make peace with it" and harmonize with your surroundings. If you can master this when practicing Qigong, you can also apply this to your everyday life. An excellent skill that will serve you well in a variety of settings and situations.
