A 10 minute Horse Stance practice beginning with a gentle warm up. Horse stance, or Zhan Zhuang, looks very simple on the surface, but as discussed in Live Qi Chat # 29, there is a lot happening within this practice:

This includes strengthening deficient Qi, clearing stagnant Qi, and harmonizing flow through the internal organs, soft tissue, meridians, and collaterals. If you feel the need to relax your arms, bring them down to the Dan Tian and return them to Horse stance position when you feel ready.
