Welcome to the Classic 18 Qigong mini series!
The Classic 18 is a 'foundational' routine that is great for everyone to know. If you are brand new to Qigong, this is a 'must know' practice π
Once you are experienced, this routine will give you the space and opportunity to explore some interesting concepts such as expansion, sinking, "peng", compression, spiral and circular energy.... and much more!
It is a fantastic classic!
